HOMBERG. Im Rahmen einer Dienstversammlung hat Schwalm-Eders Landrat Winfried Becker bedeutende Persönlichkeiten des Rettungsdienstes geehrt und verabschiedet. Dr. Matthias Zwinger, bisheriger Leitender Notarzt, und Martin Ottemeier, Organisatorischer Leiter Rettungsdienst, wurden für ihre Dienste gewürdigt und verabschiedet. Gleichzeitig erhielten Michael von Bredow, Dr. Hartmut Lotz sowie Thomas Jäger Anerkennung für 25 Jahre ehrenamtlichen Einsatz.

Schüler bewältigen Ereignis mit vielen Verletzten
HOMBERG/EFZE. Die Ausbildung von Notfallsanitätern hat zum Ziel, „die Bereitschaft und Befähigung des Einzelnen, sich in beruflichen, gesellschaftlichen und privaten Situationen sachgerecht durchdacht sowie individuell und sozial verantwortlich zu verhalten“, heißt es im Rahmenlehrplan des Landes Hessen.
NIEDENSTEIN. 142 Einsatzkräfte von Feuerwehr, Rettungs- und Hilfsdiensten (DRK, Malteser, DLRG und THW) nahmen am Samstagnachmittag an einer von der Feuerwehr Niedenstein ausgearbeiteten Großübung teil. Das Szenario sah den Zusammenprall eines Busses mit einem Pkw während eines schweren Unwetters vor.
HOMBERG/EFZE. Landrat Winfried Becker hat kürzlich Patrick Müller-Nolte zum „Fachberater Rettungsdienst“ und Helge Stuhlmann zum „Organisatorischen Leiter Rettungsdienst (OLRD)“ ernannt.
